Place Enterprise Agreement and paid per hours worked.

1. Cook/Food Preparation – minumum 12 hours
Location
- Ipswich MOW Branch – 9 South Street, Ipswich (Thursday 5am to 12pm)
- Redbank MOW Branch – 24 Brisbane Road, Redbank (Monday – 6am to 10am, Friday 6am to 10am)
For the period mid January to mid March you will need to be available to backfill the cook at Ipswich while Chef is on leave. (min 25 hours per week)
Essential
- Experience within a commercial kitchen environment
- Current Food Safety Certificate
- Current 1st Aid and CPR
- Double Vaccinated
- Good understanding of Food Safety Requirements
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Physically fit (as on your feet for whole of shift)
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to work with a wide range of people
- Commitment to continuous improvement principles

2.Kitchen Hand/Cleaner – minimum 15 hours
Location – Ipswich MOW Branch – 9 South Street, Ipswich
Hours – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (8am to 1pm)
General Duties
- Food Preparation as instructed by Chef and/or Cook
- Cleaning Duties as required
- Dishwashing
Essential
- Double COVID-19 vaccinated (proof required)
